We are recruiting two specific profiles for you:

  1. Specialist doctors for hospitals such as: geriatrician, gynecologist, pediatrician, gastroenterologist, oncologist, cardiologist, internist, pulmonologist, MPR (physical medicine and rehabilitation), radiologist, neurologist, etc.
  2. Medical assistants for hospitals and nursing homes.

Yes, the candidate goes through a rigorous selection in several stages and is interviewed by various specialized persons. During the recruitment process, you will be offered to receive the candidate for a medical skills test at your institution.

Yes, in accordance with the European Directive 2005/36/EC, we only select candidates who meet these standards to be eligible to obtain the INAMI number.

Yes, all our candidates take a language test at an independent institution to ensure they achieve at least a B2 level in relation to the European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL). We also offer intensive courses for candidates who want to improve themselves further.

Within a reasonable period: 6-9 months for a doctor and 3-6 months for a nurse

Our support given to the recruited person is completely personalized: administrative procedures for obtaining equivalence, language courses, plane ticket, hotel, reception at the airport, accommodation, accountant, school search, opening a bank account, etc.
We take care of everything that happens outside the hospital for 3 to 6 months after recruitment (premium service). We spoil the candidates. This support is essential for the success of the project.
